2009 Timberline Culinary Tourism Series
Timberline’s Culinary Tourism Series will showcase the best of our state’s food and beverage resources. Each week of the series, a different commission or sponsor will be featured as guests enjoy a special brunch menu, chef’s demos (complete with overhead mirror), and product sampling or other interactive activities. The Series will also promote local, smaller producers alongside the larger commissions – giving the public a better understanding of the Oregon food industry.
