In this effort, we have teamed up with the State of Oregon’s Q-Care Hospitality Program. All applications will be accepted, but applicants who show their commitment to the highest service standard through pre-certification in Oregon’s Q-Care Program will have their applications considered for employment first.

This includes supervising Facility Maintenance Crew, daily inspections of maintenance issues and preventive measures, anticipation of needs for the future, working with other departments, detailed, complete and correct record keeping, remedial action and daily communication with Facility Maintenance Manager. Level 4 Technician – a minimum of 5 - 7 years Facilities Maintenance and management experience required. Experience working with all regulatory and government agencies and the environment, including coordination of resources, care of an historic lodge in extreme weather conditions preferred.       Experience is preferred. Room Attendants are responsible for working with their housekeeping group to finish cleaning their assigned rooms in a reasonable amount of time. Room Attendants are trained in how to clean all areas of the hotel rooms in a thorough efficient manner. They need to be familiar with RLK’s perfect room standards. They are also responsible for completing their end of day duties and leaving the housekeeping room clean at the end of the day.
