In celebration of its 10th anniversary, the Oregon Truffle Festival presents an expanded event that spans two cities and two weekends. Join Timberline Lodge Executive Chef Jason Stoller Smith and many other notable Northwest chefs for a Walk on the Wild Side in Portland on Friday, January 16, 2014. Each chef will present two tantalizing Oregon truffle dishes paired with Oregon wine, beer and spirits for this walk around tasting event.

WINEMAKERS DINNER SERIES

Timberline’s exclusive Winemakers Dinner Series pairs the Northwest’s bounty of wine and food with the exhilarating views from Mt Hood. Silcox Hut, located high above Timberline Lodge near the Palmer Snowfield, is the must-see location for these special food and wine pairing events. An awe-inspiring six course meal is prepared by Executive Chef Jason Stoller Smith. Each course is expertly paired with wine from vineyards throughout Oregon and Washington.
