Timberline’s exclusive Winemakers Dinner Series pairs the Northwest’s bounty of wine and food with the exhilarating views from Mt Hood. Silcox Hut, located high above Timberline Lodge near the Palmer Snowfield, is the must-see location for these special food and wine pairing events. An awe-inspiring six course meal is prepared by Executive Chef Jason Stoller Smith. Each course is expertly paired with wine from vineyards throughout Oregon and Washington.

The International Pinot Noir Celebration is a three-day event that features 70 of the world’s top Pinot Noir producers alongside world-class northwest cuisine. A long-standing tradition of the IPNC, the Salmon Bake dramatically showcases wild salmon roasted on alder stakes over a huge custom-built fire pit. Timberline Chef Jason Stoller Smith has participated in the IPNC for over 10 years, and the last five as the master of the Salmon Bake. In 2010, he took the Salmon Bake to Washington, D.C., where he built the massive fire pit on the front lawn of the White House and prepared salmon for a picnic hosted by President and Mrs. Obama.

The 29th Annual IPNC will be held July 29 – 31, 2016 at Linfield College in McMinnville, OR. Tickets for the Full Weekend are available at the Early Bird rate starting Dec 31, 2015.
