Experience a memorable evening of seamless food and wine pairing in historic Silcox Hut at Timberline Lodge. Executive Chef Jason Stoller Smith and visiting Northwest winemakers team up for a six course meal in this very unique setting on the south slope of Mount Hood.

Timberline’s exclusive Winemakers Dinner Series pairs the Northwest’s bounty of food and wine with the exhilarating views from Mt Hood. Silcox Hut, located high above Timberline Lodge near the Palmer Snowfield, is the must-see location for this special event. An awe-inspiring six course meal is prepared by Executive Chef Jason Stoller Smith. Each course is expertly paired with wine from vineyards throughout Oregon and Washington.

$175 per person.
Add overnight stay in the bunk room at Silcox Hut for $115 per person (includes breakfast too), limited to 12 guests.
Space is limited to 24 guests for each intimate evening.


Includes a six course meal of food and wine pairing and round trip transportation to Silcox Hut from Timberline Lodge (located 1000 vertical feet above Timberline on the south side of Mt. Hood). Snowcat transport leaves Timberline Lodge at 5:30pm. Dinner starts at 6:30pm in Silcox Hut.
