Come to Timberline and experience a taste of Oregon at our daily Farmers Market Brunch. Each week we will feature different foods that are produced in our region. From the larger food commissions to our local growers and producers, the food ecosystem in the Oregon region is a vibrant community of dedicated individuals. Our culinary series will share more about this community and truly give you a taste of Oregon!
The brunch buffet is located just outside the Cascade Dining Room in the main lobby of Timberline Lodge. Grab a plate, say hello to the Chef, and then enjoy your fantastic meal in the rich ambiance of our historic Cascade Dining Room.

Each day the brunch will feature…
• A Chef’s ‘Action Station’ (carved or presented items)
• Several fresh Farmer’s Market salads
• Chef’s daily soup
• Artisan bread
• Local produce
• Vegetable presentations
• Mesclun salad
• Various dressings
• Dessert and pastry items
• Made to order waffle station
Additionally, on select dates, look for free demonstrations from our chefs. This is your chance to learn great ways to prepare summertime dishes that feature regionally grown food.
Prices will be set each week (based on changing selections) – starting at $16.95 per adult weekdays ($17.95 on weekends), $6.95 for children age 11 and under. Brunch will be served from 11am – 2pm, seven days a week through the end of October. No need for reservations – join us anytime!
