Timberline is the perfect place for your next group outing – offering a wide variety of terrain for skiers and snowboarders of all abilities, group discounts will be available for the 2016/2017 winter season.

Want to enjoy a day on the mountain with friends, club members, family, business associates? Pre-register your group of 15 or more and enjoy group travel deals of up to 40% off rack rates.

Step 1:
Review the rate chart, group lessons, and group packages below. Begin getting your group together.

Step 2:
Get in touch with us. Fill in the form below. This will give us all the necessary information to get your group started. After submitting the form, we’ll get back to you quickly with any further questions.

Step 3:
Send us completed Contract, Registration, Release and Rental forms for all group members 48 hours prior to your arrival. Send us completed lesson information 7 days prior to arrival.

GROUP LESSONS

To qualify for these discounts groups must be pre-arranged and have a minimum of 15 people purchasing lift tickets. Group lesson info and pricing is for people 13 years old and up. Visit our Lessons page for more information or download the Lesson Level Chart to determine your group’s class levels.

Discover Lesson Package Includes a two hour group lesson, rentals for the day, and beginner chair lift ticket. This is for Beginners Levels 1 and 2.

Next Step Lesson Package
Includes a two hour group lesson, rentals for the day, and an ALL mountain chair lift ticket. This is for all skiers/snowboarders Levels 1 through 6.

Lesson Only
Includes a two hour group lesson.

Private Lessons & Kids Club Lessons are also available with group events. Schedule a Private Lesson or Kids Club Lessons with your Group Coordinator.

GROUP PACKAGES

Treat your group and yourself to a fun-filled day at Timberline Lodge, complete with the sustenance they’ll need on the slopes! These group packages include lift tickets and meals provided by Timberline’s newest restaurant, the Wy’East Café.

Ride & Dine Weekdays
Includes an ALL-MOUNTAIN lift ticket from open to close and lunch from the Wy’East Café with reserved seating in “The Loft”. Must be pre-arranged and have a minimum of 15 people. Valid Monday through Friday.

Ride & Dine Nights
Includes an ALL-MOUNTAIN night ski lift ticket from 4:00pm to close and dinner from the Wy’East Café with reserved seating in “The Loft”. Must be pre-arranged and have a minimum of 15 people. Valid Fridays and Saturdays when night skiing is open.

Mountain Play Day
Use of your own private hospitality room in the lodge plus an ALL-MOUNTAIN lift ticket from 4:00pm to close, all-day beverages, and lunch buffet. Must be pre-arranged and have a minimum of 20 people. Visit our Sales & Catering page for more info.

TRAVEL & TRANSPORTATION
