Greet guests, process room check-in and check-outs, share information necessary for safe and fun guest experience, post charges to rooms when necessary, process payments, balance cash and credit card transactions, run reports, update room statuses, answer guest inquiries, answer phones, issue keys and banks to individual departments, process necessary paperwork, sell lift tickets and snow park passes and other duties as assigned. Responsible for completion of daily desk duties.
Make guest reservations over the phone and via email requests, process payments, share information necessary for safe and fun guest experience, promote other department services and provide excellent customer service.
