What is included in the rental and reception pricing?
  • Private ceremony site
  • Chairs set theater style
  • Skirted tables for gift and guest book table
  • Round tables that seat up to 10 guests each draped with floor length cloths and
    your choice of white or ivory overlays and napkins
  • Votives for reception tables
  • All china, glassware, and flatware. No disposables
  • Cake (yes the cake!) and cake cutting service
  • Sparkling fruit punch
  • Professional banquet staff for all set up and service (of listed items)
  • Professional catering staff to assist with wedding arrangements at Timberline Lodge
  • Two hours for decorating (minimum)

What are payment and deposit requirements?
We request 1/3 of estimated total as a deposit at the time of booking. Additional deposits will then be due on agreed dates. Full payment for the estimated cost of your wedding and your guest rooms is needed 7 days prior to your day.

What is the timing for food and beverage service?
Buffet food and beverage are served for one and one half hours. After the initial cut has been completed, the wedding cake may be served by Timberline staff at any time.
