STEP 1 -- 14 days out
Download and complete all registration documents.
The key to maximizing your time on the hill and minimizing your time in the Lodge is having as much of the paperwork process done prior to your arrival. Some of the key information you'll need to have is your date(s) of arrival, number of people and their ages, number of lessons/rentals, arrival time, and method of transportation.

STEP 4 -- 3 days out
Send a reminder to everyone in your group with all of your trip information.
The more informed your group is, the better time they will have on the hill. Guidance on proper apparel, meeting locations, and contact information are all important for your group to be aware of.
