Activites & Daily Schedule
We train early at camp to take advantage of the best conditions. You walk just steps from your room at Timberline Lodge to the day lodge and the camp meeting and video room. We warm up, meet with the coaches and head to breakfast. We load the lift between 7am and 7:30am spend the rest of the morning training. We head back down the hill around 12pm for lunch and afternoon activities.
Sundays are field sports lead by our Head Coach. All your counselors and coaches participate.
Monday is a hike in one of Oregon's great forests and then an awesome BBQ at Wildwood park. Then it is back to Timberline Lodge to chill, write in your training logs and get some rest.
Soccer is a great cross over sport for skiing and an excellent way to stay in shape for winter. Tuesday we have dinner at the Ice Ace Grill (formerly the Mt. Hood Pub) and then walk across the street for a tuning clinic with one of Atomic's best.

Wednesday we travel to Hood River home to some of the best windsurfing and kiteboarding. You choose which water sport take on! We have dinner back at the ski area at Timberline Lodge and then it is time for a movie, training logs and of course some rest to get ready for the next day.
Thursday is one of our favorites and for speed camp our final evening. We head off the hill, pick up our lunch at Govy General and head to the Deschutes River for some rafting and dinner. The whole staff goes along and your coaches prepare to celebrate your accomplishments at camp. At dinner on Thursday the coaches award a pair of Atomic Skis, a Spyder jacket and other sponsor awards.
Each day at camp also includes a video session with your coach, visits to the equipment test centers, and time to write in your training logs. These are great opportunities to anchor what you are learning and accomplishing and to test next year's gear. You will have a giant head start on your preparations for a successful race season.
This session is an intense five days of speed training. Athletes need to come prepared.
