There are many ways to get to Timberline! Whether you're driving yourself, looking for somebody to carpool with, or looking for a shuttle, this page has all the information you'll need.
Timberline Lodge is just a little over an hour drive from Portland depending on traffic and weather conditions. We recommend you have the proper tires on your car for the season you're traveling to see us. For more information on winter traction devices, chain laws, and road closures, please consult the Oregon Department of Transportation's web site.
Ride the Fusion Shuttle
If you're a Fusion, Timberline or Skibowl season pass holder, you can ride this shuttle for free. If not, there's a small fee (good reason to buy a pass!). The shuttle runs most weekends December thru February. Click here for a complete schedule and all the details.
Carpool to Timberline!

We've teamed up with Carpool Match NW to make finding a ride to the mountain easier than ever. Just click over to their site, register as a 'one-trip user', then use the 'Destination' dropdown menu to select Timberline Lodge. It's as easy as that.
