Timberline Fires Up Winter “Fireside Brunch”
Get ready to enjoy a unique luncheon option this winter inside the historic Timberline Lodge. Chef Leif Eric Benson and his culinary team is offering the hearty “Fireside Brunch,” served between the hours of 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. in the Lodge’s main lobby. This specially prepared regional cuisine, served right next to the Lodge’s beautiful main fireplace, is designed to provide skiers, snowboarders, snowshoer’s, and other winter recreationalists just the right culinary experience to round out a perfect day on the slopes.
Skiers and snowboarders are encouraged to enjoy the historic lodge, in addition to the Wy ‘East Day Lodge, and once inside will find the true flavor of a classic Northwest experience. The brunch is value-priced at just $14.95 for adults and $6.95 for children. On weekends and holidays the brunch will be priced at $16.95 to allow additional selections to be added to the already delicious variety of culinary offerings.
