Timberline Lodge Kicks Off “Heritage Week” Celebration

Timberline Lodge is celebrating its 75th anniversary with a host of special events and special discounts all week long, from April 9th through April 15th. “Heritage Week” will feature daily lift tickets for just $19.37 to commemorate the year that Timberline Lodge was built. An even deeper discount of a $10 lift ticket is being offered to anyone who is wearing retro ski gear (earlier than 1990) on Monday through Friday. Old ski wear with the Timberline logo on it will be especially appreciated. Inside the lodge, various crafts demonstrations will take place every day featuring local artisans, and the US Forest Service will be conducting complimentary Lodge Tours and special presentations. On Wednesday, a new smart phone audio tour of the history and arts and crafts of Timberline will be unveiled at the Lodge’s Barlow Room at 1 p.m. Many more programs are being offered.
