Timberline Open For Skiing & Riding This Weekend!
Winter is in the air! Our Palmer Snowfield is in great shape, even after the warm weather and rain Portland has experienced over the past couple of days. This picture was taken on November 13th at 2:30pm — it’s looking great up here!
With blue skies expected, we’ll be open for skiing and riding Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Ride the Magic Mile up to the 7,000′ foot level of Mt. Hood, and then make turns on the world famous Palmer Snowfield.
Timberline is the ONLY ski area on Mt. Hood open for skiing and riding right now. Take advantage of a great weekend – visit us at the Portland Ski Fever and Snowboard Show at the Expo center, get your season pass, and then drive up to the mountain and get your season started!
We’ll also be running the Magic Mile Sky Ride this weekend for foot passengers looking to catch a great early-winter view of Mt. Hood and the Cascade Range.
