TIMBERLINE LODGE GUEST INFORMATION

STAYING WITH CHILDREN
Do you remember visiting Timberline as a kid? Then you know just how exciting it can be for little ones. Children are always welcome. All areas of the lodge are kid-friendly and cribs are available upon request.

ACCESSIBILITY
Timberline Lodge is ADA accessible to ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to experience its splendor. On the east side of the building, we provide an accessible entry with press-button powered doors and an elevator to the main floor of the lodge. There are a few guestrooms with ADA accessible bathrooms. The pool and Ram’s Head Bar have ADA lifts; however the sauna and Blue Ox Bar are not accessible at this time.

SMOKING
Timberline Lodge is a federal building and therefore a no-smoking establishment, including all guest rooms. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY
During our holiday period 12/18-12/31: Reservations must be cancelled 30 days in advance to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax.

LODGE HOURS
Timberline Lodge is open daily for public visitation from 7am to 11pm. After 11pm, the lodge is closed and the doors are locked. For front door access to the building after 11pm, simply state your name and room number to the speaker above the front door, and the night desk attendant will let you in.

GUEST ROOM EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
Each room has fire and evacuation procedures posted on the inside of the door. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these procedures. Timberline takes these precautions very seriously and holds routine fire drills for continued training of our staff. If the fire alarm sounds for a fire drill, it will be followed by a “This is a drill…” announcement. For more information about emergency procedures, contact the front desk at ext. 4443.

QUIET TIME
We ask that our guests observe “quiet time” between 10pm and 7am to ensure a relaxing environment for everyone in the lodge.
