14th ANNUAL WILD ABOUT GAME

The Northwest’s meatiest culinary celebration

Nicky USA, purveyor and butcher of specialty game and high quality meats, brings Wild About Game back to Timberline Lodge on September 7th, 2014 from 11:30am to 4:00pm. Wild About Game celebrates farmers, butchers and purveyors of specialty game and high quality meat, and the chefs who use their produtcs. The full day event will include a head-to-head cooking competition (Portland chefs vs Seattle chefs), an artisan marketplace and an industry-insider perspective on the Northwest culinary scene.

Tickets are $65 and can be purchased in advance (tickets are $75 at the door).

Make a weekend of it and join us for a pre-event Wild About Game Dinner at Timberline Lodge on September 6, 2014. The multi-course menu features dishes from Timberline’s Executive Chef Jason Stoller Smith and last year’s Wild About Game winner, Chef Aaron Barnett of St. Jack. The Wild About Game Dinner is $95 per person and includes wine and gratuity. Stay the night in a Queen hotel room and get two tickets to the dinner for $419. Call (800) 547-1406 for reservations.
