New Years Eve At Timberline
Skiers and snowboarders will ski in the New Year on the slopes at Timberline. Night skiing hours of operation on New Year’s Eve will be extended to 12:30 a.m. while ticket pricing will remain at regular rack rates. A spectacular midnight fireworks display high on the mountain will celebrate the beginning of 2010, while inside the Day Lodge, revelers will celebrate with a complimentary Champagne or Martinelli’s toast, noise makers, and party favors.
Inside historic Timberline Lodge, a festive dinner dance takes place featuring live music from The Kansas City Rhythm Kings and a specially crafted holiday meal prepared under the direction of Executive Chef Leif Eric Benson. There will be two dinner seatings; the first at 5:45 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and the second between 8:15 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., followed by a New Year’s balloon drop into the lodge’s main lobby.
