If you desire a private space, we feature four designated event rooms ranging in size from 1,100 square feet to 2,400 square feet. Each room offers unique features such as skylights, windows, and historic art. A large patio, foyer, and several informal breakout spaces are also available.

We also offer a unique space in the main lobby around the fireplace which can accommodate meals for up to 40 people. This area is also perfect if you wish to offer a group of 14-25 people individual selections from a limited menu while they enjoy the general informal ambiance of the lodge.

All lunch, dinner and meeting groups require advance arrangements through the sales office.

Barlow Room
The historic Barlow Room (1,500 square feet), with its original decor, offers state-of-the-art projection capabilities and is versatile for all uses.

Raven’s Nest
The Raven’s Nest (1,100 square feet), complete with soaring ceilings and large picture windows with stunning views of Mt. Hood and Mt. Jefferson, features a built-in bar and is perfect for social functions as well as informal meetings.

Ullman Hall
Ullman Hall (2,400 square feet) is divisible into two sections, the Mt. Jefferson (1,100 square feet) and the Mt. Hood (1,300 square feet), and features windows with spectacular views, a dance floor, and recessed screen. An adjacent patio allows for winter ski-in meetings and summer outdoor festivities.

GROUP RATES
Complimentary group planning is available for parties with six or more rooms, functions of 14 or more diners, 12 or more skiers, and for catered and meeting groups.
