Growing Up Bruno

July 4, 2017

At 5 months old, Bruno is settling into life as a Timberline mascot

It’s been almost a month since our last Bruno post…he’s so busy it’s hard to keep up! In late May, Bruno enjoyed playing in the late season snow along with other spring skiers and snowboarders. We captured the special moment when two young fans got to meet Bruno and introduce them to their two-year-old plush Bruno. A popular item in all of our gift stores, plush Bruno (or Heidi) can also be purchased online! Bruno loves meeting all of his fans, especially for the free belly rubs. Meet Bruno in Timberline’s Wy’East Day Lodge, where he typically works Tuesdays through Saturdays.

Bruno also made a trip to Portland International Airport to meet-and-greet at Timberline’s retail store in Concourse. Timberline’s store at PDX is another great place to pick up your plush Bruno to commemorate your Oregon visit, along with Oregon beer and wine, snacks, artisan crafts, and other Timberline souvenirs.

After all that work, Bruno happily went on vacation with his alpha master, Kim. They went camping in Washington, to Fort Worden State Park and La Push. Relaxing beach time was just what he needed to return to work.

The majestic photo of Bruno posing in front of Mt. Hood is courtesy of Timberline guest Terry Richard. At 5 months old and 65 pounds, Bruno already looks full grown! Only about another 100 pounds to go…

These boys love their Brunos!
